The apartment is on the third floor of a classical six-storey building dating back to 1879. Covering a total of 101 sqm, the interiors have been fully renovated.
The layout has been thoughtfully redesigned, introducing two open doorways that create a seamless flow between the living room and the kitchen-diner. What was once a closed-off, dimly lit kitchen has become the heart of the home. The bespoke cabinetry, crafted in contrasting wood tones, lends depth and warmth while maximising vertical space for discreet storage.
